Day-of Coordination

Complete wedding day management so you can enjoy every moment

Prior to the Wedding

Initial wedding consultation
Development of wedding day itinerary
Assistance with transportation itinerary and Order of Evening with MC
Suggestions of trusted vendors
Pre-wedding meeting(s) to go over all logistics
Venue visit prior to the rehearsal, if necessary

Rehearsal

Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
Directing bridal party on order and timing walking down the aisle
Liaise with musicians/DJ and officiant

Day of the Wedding

Attending, directing, and management of ceremony and reception
Oversee all vendors and liaise between venue(s) and vendors
Ensure ceremony and reception match your vision
Coordination with photographer during family photos
Hand-deliver final payments to vendors, as needed
Set up of personal items and last minute décor additions
Troubleshooting any issues that arise
Coordinate with and prompt MC on order of evening
